Nothing needs to be in writing for that call. From there, the process is straightforward. A background check, a look at the house on video or in person, one reference call, then the $250 community fee, payment setup, paperwork, and move-in. Most people go from first call to move-in in under a week. ### If you are calling for someone else Family members, case managers, hospital discharge planners, VA staff, and community organizations call on someone's behalf regularly. Check the referral partner box on the form, or say so on the phone, and we will go straight to the facts you need: rate, what is included, availability, and timeline. The rate is $750 a month for a shared room, all in, with a one-time $250 community fee at move-in. There are 4 rooms and 3 beds are open now. Everything recurring is inside that figure: all utilities, a furnished room, WiFi, washer and dryer, kitchen access, cable and streaming, and house supplies. That is usually the answer a planner needs before a placement can be written into a discharge plan. ### Seeing the house You can watch the video tour before you ever pick up the phone, and photos of the living room, the remodeled kitchen, and the exterior are on the site. An in-person tour is available on request and is usually arranged within a few days of a call. The house is in Northeast Dallas, near Lakewood and White Rock Lake. The neighborhood is walkable and public transportation is nearby.
