Zandria, the owner, is a veteran, and she understands the value of a stable place where expectations and costs are explained plainly. The home is not limited to veterans. Adults from many backgrounds are welcome, and housing decisions follow Equal Housing Opportunity principles. It includes all utilities, a furnished room, WiFi, washer and dryer use, kitchen access, cable and streaming, and house supplies.
