   Watch the video tour, look through photos, or visit in person.

   Reference call

   A quick call to a reference you provide.

   Paperwork

   Once approved, pay the $250 community fee, get set up in the payment system, and sign the agreement.

   Move in

   Bring your things. The room is already furnished.
